Clash Royale Update Patch Notes List Season 40 October 2022

Barbarian Hut is being updated, know all the Clash Royale update patch notes

Clash Royale’s brand-new Season 40 is almost approaching, and as usual, it will bring with it its own set of balance adjustments to the game. The balancing adjustments are made to keep as many cards in the cycle as feasible without giving one card an excessively strong advantage or underusing another.

Clash Royale Update Patch Notes Season 40 October 2022

The whole information regarding the changes to Clash Royale’s balance in October 2022 is provided below.

Season 40 of Clash Royale: Balance Updates

  1. Cannon/Cannon Cart (Nerf)

The standard Cannon’s and the Cannon Cart’s destroyed form’s HP will both drop by 8% in the future update. The card offers too much HP for its elixir price, which is why the adjustment has been implemented.

  1. Royal Hogs (Nerf)

The developers have noted that Royal Hogs, sometimes known as little menaces, despite their diminutive size, pack a powerful punch—possibly a little too powerfully. Therefore, to allow the players more time to plan and prepare a counter against the Hogs in a battle, their attack speed for their initial hit speed has been reduced by 60%.

  1. Mortar (Nerf)

The Mortar has shown to be highly effective in ladder decks, especially when combined with the Skeleton King, perhaps even overly powerful, according to the official balance notes. To shorten its duration in the arena, its HP has been decreased by 7%. This will also make it easier for the adversary to destroy it, giving them a fair chance.

  1. Mighty Miner (Nerf)

The Mighty Miner has been widely used and has the greatest pick rate among all Heroes ever since the card’s introduction. In light of this, the Mighty Miner’s HP will be reduced by 8% to bring him into parity with his peers and to increase the likelihood that other Heroes will be chosen as well.

  1. Goblin Gang (Buff)

The third Spear Goblin was taken out of the game about five years ago. With the Clash Royale , October 2022 and Season 40 balancing updates, the card from the earlier days has finally been brought back after all these years because the pick rate of the card has fallen so drastically.

  1. Elixir Golem (Buff)

Since its current redesign, the Elixir Golem’s pick rate has declined. And the 15% improvement in attack speed is anticipated to offset that. Once it comes into touch with a structure or the towers, the increased hit speed should make this soldier more dangerous. The Elixir Golem’s three variants are all affected by the speed increase.

  1. Invasion Hut (Rework)

  • Elixir’s price is reduced from 7 to 6.
  • spawning time increased from 11 to 15 seconds.
  • an increase from 2 to 3 spawns.
  • decrease from the 40s to the 30s during a lifetime.
  • Death spawn is reduced from 2 to 1.
  • decrease from 10 to 8 in total spawning.

The card in the game with the lowest usage rate is the Barbarian Hut. And the card is now in a poor state, to put it mildly, and this rework is meant to fix it.

Final Impressions

The Barbarian Hut update is perceived as more of a nerf than a rework, which is going to further harm the card’s reputation even if Supercell has a reputation for favourable balances. Thus, this is already leading to dissatisfaction among the players. How the other changes impact the game is yet to be determined.
