The Thailand Open, which is being held in May 2022, is the ninth tournament on the BWF World Tour and is a part of the Thailand Open championships, which have been held since 1984. The Badminton Association of Thailand will host the competition, which will be sanctioned by the BWF.

2022 Thailand Open Badminton Men’s Singles First Round Results, Draw, Schedule, Fixtures, Players List
Viktor Axelsen of Denmark is the top seed and favourite to win the men’s singles event, alongside Kidambi Srikanth of India. Both the players went on to win their first round matches and advanced to the second round.
Kidambi Srikanth of India won his first match in the Thailand Open 2022 men’s singles draw against Brice Leverdez of France on Wednesday in Bangkok. Srikanth defeated Leverdez 18-21, 21-10, 21-16 on Court 2 in a contest that lasted 49 minutes. Srikanth produced an incredible comeback after losing the first game, winning the next two games.
Meanwhile, in the opening round, Prannoy lost against Liew Daren with a score of 17-21, 21-15, 15-21 in a thrilling match that went to the decider set.
