At the 2023 Orleans Masters, Indian prodigy Priyanshu Rajawat maintained his stellar run as he emerged victorious against Taiwanese shuttler Chi Yu Jen. With his 21-18, 21-18 straight-set win, Priyanshu has qualified for the semi-final stage, where he is scheduled to face-off against Irish Nhat Nguyen. Meanwhile, former Olympic gold medalist Carolina Marin stayed strong on her title quest as she qualified for the women’s singles semi-final with 21-13, 21-14 victory against Singaporean Yeo.

2023 Orléans Masters: prize money distribution
Because the Orléans Masters is a BWF Super 300 event, each singles champion will get $18,000 from the $240,000 total prize fund. Also, whereas the losers in the semifinals would only receive $3,480, the singles runner-up will receive $9,120. Following their quarterfinal defeat against second-seed pair Carnando & Marthin, seventh-seed Indian duo Arjun & Kapila have crashed out from the tournament and will return home with rewards worth $1,440.
