2022 Malaysia Open Badminton Doubles Category Semi-final Results, Score, Winner, And Draw
Today’s semifinal loss by the men’s doubles Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik put an end to Malaysia’s interest in the Super 750 Malaysia Open. The world No. 6 lost in straight games to the Japanese world champions Takuro Hoki-Yugo Kobayashi (23-21, 21-9), who have yet to end their title drought.
After winning the Thailand Open in May, Hoki-Kobayashi will compete in just their second final of the year against Indonesia’s Fajar Alfian-Muhammad Rian Ardianto, ranked No. 7 in the world. After winning the Indonesia Masters last month, Fajar-Rian defeated Malaysia’s Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani in the semifinals with a 21-14, 21-12 victory.

Points Award System
The number of points granted in the BWF World Tour Super 750 competition is determined by the BWF scoring system. The winners in the doubles class receive 11,000 BWF points, while the losers receive 9,300 BWF points. Prize Money Pool Distribution
