Gregoria Mariska Tunjung of Indonesia made Sindhu work hard for nearly an hour in the women’s singles before winning 23-21, 20-22, 21-11 in the second round. Sindhu will face Thailand’s fifth seed Ratchanok Intanon in the quarterfinals of Indonesia Masters, who defeated Kirsty Gilmour of Scotland 21-17, 19-21, 21-15 in another second round encounter.
