2022 Hylo Open Final Day Results, Scores, Winners, & List of Champions
On Sunday, fifth-seeded Anthony Sinisuka Ginting stunned third-seeded Taiwanese ace Chou Tien-chen to become men’s singles champion at 2022 Hylo Open after an intense final that lasted 76 minutes. In this clash between two best players of world, Ginting came out on top after winning 18-21, 21-11, 24-22. Meanwhile, women’s singles final saw an all-Chinese clash with in-form Han Yue emerging as champion after her 21-18, 21-16 against Zhang Yiman.
During women’s doubles final, eight-seeded Thai pair Benyapa Aimsaard & Nuntakarn Aimsaard emerged victorious against top-seeded compatriot duo Jongkolphan Kititharakul & Rawinda Prajongjai after an intense summit clash, which ended with final score of 21-18, 19-21, 21-17 in former pair’s favor. In men’s doubles final, last week’s French Open runner-up pair Lu Ching Yao & Yang Po Han clinched gold medal at Hylo Open by defeating fellow Taiwanese pair with score of 11-21, 21-17, 25-23. Elsewhere, Indonesia duo Rehan & Lisa emerged as mixed doubles category champion of 2022 Hylo Open by defeating Feng & Huang in straight-set by score of 21-17, 21-15.
