He’s one of only 4 MS players (+ @LeeChongWei #LinDan #ChouTienChen) to win the same tournament 4 (or more) times in the SS/GPG/WT era. #GillsFunFact

2022 Denmark Open Badminton Men’s Singles First Round Draw, Fixtures, Players List
Indian ace Lakshya Sen will begin his men’s singles campaign at 2022 Denmark Open with a difficult first-round matchup against sixth-seed Anthony Ginting. Elsewhere, in-form HS Prannoy will begin his Denmark Open journey with a match against Chinese star Zhao Junpeng. If HS Prannoy and Lakshya Sen both manage to qualify for second round, they will face each other for a spot in quarterfinal. Srikanth Kidambi is in the other half of bracket and will play Angus Ka-long in first round of Denmark Open.
Owing to his recent undefeated streak, reigning world champion and top-seed Viktor Axelsen is the overwhelming favorite according to bookmakers. Third-seeded local star Anders Antonsen is also one of front-runners for title. Due to participation of all top-ranked players and difficult draw for Indian shuttlers, fans are skeptical about medal chances from men’s singles category.
