James Nesbitt will be back as DCI Tom Brannick for the new season. Lorcan Cranitch will be back as DCS Charlene McKenna will be back as DS Niamh McGovern. Chris Walley will be back as DC “Birdy” Bird, and Lola Petticrew will be back as Izzy Brannick.
Ian McElhinney (Adam Cory), Lisa Dwan (Tori Matthews), and Peter Balance (Pat Keenan) won’t be back for season 2. Because their characters died in season 1, unless they show up in flashbacks.
