Chang-ho contacts Mi-ho and urges her to leave, which she does after collecting all of her blood samples. However, her path is stopped, and Chang-ho runs to her, beating off guards along the route. However, Mi-ho is strong and gathers equipment to defend herself.
While Chang-ho is being supported by Chun Sik, a group of criminals attempts to locate Mi-ho in order to harm her. Yoon-gab and No Park discover him and support him in getting to the surgery room, while Mi-ho is joined by Kwang-Yeon while driving off multiple attackers. When she and Kwang-Yeon run into Soo-Chul, though, things turn violent. Chang-ho ultimately tracks them down and viciously beats Soo-Chul.
