Ben Simmons has spoken to coach Doc Rivers, Joel Embiid and the entire Philadelphia 76ers and informed them he’s not mentally fit to play at the moment
Ben Simmons is in no mood to recompense for his actions.
Ever since he’s decided he no longer wants to be associated with Philadelphia 76ers, the player has done everything within his repertoire to try and burn all bridges with the side. However, he pulled off one of the biggest u-turns after claiming he would never return to the side with him appearing for the team’s practice sessions on October 11.
However, his actions were nothing else but a means to try and safeguard his money. Unfortunately for him, his decadent personality saw him being thrown out of practice by Doc Rivers after Simmons refused to be subbed on into a drill.

Simmons has no regrets for his actions though. Despite being suspended for his side’s NBA 2021 season opener, Simmons has gone onto tell Joel Embiid, Doc Rivers and the remainder of the Philadelphia 76ers team that he’s not in a mentally stable space to play for the side at the moment.

The player has also gone onto claim he is nursing a back injury at the moment, one which refrains him from playing. However, as per reports, the 76ers believe Simmons is feigning the injury so that he can continue to stay away from the side.
Simmons has been fined $1.4 million till now for refusing to play in four preseason games along with being levied manifold other fines as well. The 76ers are meanwhile adamant on trading him only for a player capable of seeing them emerge as a championship side.
