Believer 2 plot
In the first movie, Won-ho is a police detective on a mission. He’s after the big fish in Asia’s largest drug cartel โ Mr. Lee. Now, Mr. Lee is like a mysterious ghost; no one really knows how to find him.
But then, Won-ho catches a break. He connects with Rak, who used to know Mr. Lee. They team up to finally nab the elusive boss. It’s a classic tale of detective work, alliances, and going after the big bad guy.
The first movie, “Believer,” left us hanging with Brian who was played by Seung-won. Now, in the second one, detective Won-ho is on the hunt for Rak. Things get tricky because many folks claim to be Mr. Lee, the big boss.
Won-ho even starts thinking Rak might be the guy. But in the sequel, Rak goes missing, and the detective’s left chasing dead-ends, nowhere near finding Mr. Lee. Then, enter Hyo-joo’s character. Won-ho senses she might hold the key, being the only one who truly knows Mr. Lee’s real identity. But here’s the twist โ she’s a formidable villain herself, posing a serious threat to Won-ho.
