Begins Youth, the BTS drama episode 1 will be releasing soon on Xclusive with the ep release date now out

A forthcoming South Korean television series based on the BTS Universe, Begins Youth stars Jeon Jin-seo, Kim Yoon-woo, Ahn Ji-ho, Seo Ji-ho, and Noh Jong-hyun.

Begins Youth is set to begin on April 30, 2024 on Xclusive. Begins Youth will develop the plot that viewers have been exposed to in BTS’s music videos and the Save Me webcomic. Seok-jin’s first encounter with the other six lads will open the plot. He discovers that everyone is going through their own challenges, and that by working together, they are able to get through their biggest obstacles.

Begins Youth episode 1 starts with Seok Jin encountering six boys. When they came together, they came to know about each other’s problems.  Then they began on the path of growth by supporting each other. BTS’ first ever world tour is also expected by makers. The band has given numerous back-to-back hits.

Episodes 1-4 will be available on April 30, 5-8 on May 7 and 9-12 on May 14 with there being a total of 12 episodes.

Begins Youth cast and crew

Bang Si-hyuk, co-CEO of Big Hit Entertainment, revealed on August 21, 2019, that a drama based on BTS’s early days was in the early stages of production and will be part of the BTS Universe, with a release date in the second half of 2020.

Chorokbaem Media co-produced the series and it was formerly called Blue Sky before being renamed Youth.

It was reported on June 17, 2020, that the production firms were in the process of casting the lead and supporting roles, with the lead cast being made up entirely of new performers. Seo Ji-hoon, Noh Jong-hyun, Ahn Ji-ho, Seo Young-joo, Kim Yoon-woo, Jung Woo-jin, and Jeon Jin-seo were revealed as the series’ stars on October 19.

Due to fan complaints with the characters’ names being the same as the group members’ names, filming was halted in late October 2020. Filming was eventually rescheduled for January 2021, having originally been planned to resume in early December. It was revealed on April 7, 2021, that some scenes will be reshot and the names of the major characters would change.
