On Sunday, Novak Djokovic dominated against Stefanos Tsitsipas to secure straight-set win by score of 6-3, 7-6 (7-4), 7-6 (7-5) to clinch his tenth Australian Open title and 22nd Grand Slam title. Following his win, Djokovic has tied with Nadal for the record of winning highest number of Grand Slam titles. Earlier in the women’s singles final, Aryna Sabalenka secured comeback victory against Elena Rybakina to win the first major title of her career.

In the women’s doubles final of Sunday, Czech Republic pair of Barbora Krejčíková & Kateřina Siniaková secured an resounding victory by score of 6-4, 6-3 against Japanese duo Shuko Aoyama & Ena Shibahara to bag the title. Elsewhere, the men’s doubles final saw local favorite pair Rinky Hijikata & Jason Kubler win 6–4, 7–6 (7–4) against Hugo Nys & Jan Zieliński to clinch the silverware despite playing together for the first tournament.
