Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has responded to previous allegations of s*xual assault, by filing a civil lawsuit against a Fort Worth woman and her two attorneys.
Prescott’s case is the second time in the past few years that a professional Texas quarterback has been accused of s*xual assault.

Yoel Zehaie, the attorney representing a woman accusing Dak Prescott of sexual assault, said that his client was “raped by Mr. Prescott.”
According to the attorney, Prescott's story changed multiple times and he admitted to having sex.

The 30-year-old football professional will play his ninth season with the Cowboys, after the team drafted him as a rookie out of Mississippi State back in 2016.
Dak Prescott files civil lawsuit
Dak Prescott has filed a civil lawsuit against a woman from Fort Worth who filed s*xual assault allegations against him. According to the lawsuit, the woman filed the allegations as an attempt to extort $100 million. Prescott’s attorney, Levi G. McCathern, stated that the quarterback is the victim of an extortion plot, and denies any claims of a s*xual assault, admitted that he had consensual s*x.

McCathern stated the following in a press release after filing the lawsuit:
Mr. Prescott — a new father to a baby girl — has great empathy for survivors of s*xual assault. He fervently believes that all perpetrators of such crimes should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. To be clear, Mr. Prescott has never engaged in any nonconsensual, s*xual conduct with anyone.”

The incident started off earlier this year, in January, when the woman, Victoria Baleigh Shores attorneys sent a letter stating that she suffered years of pain and trauma ever since the alleged incident back in 2017. In the letter, the attorney stated that the victim is willing to forego pursuing criminal charges, along with disclosing any information publicly, in exchange for a compensation of $100,000,000.
According to the woman, Prescott invited her out with his “entourage” and other woman to a place in Plano. Upon agreeing and getting into a black SUV, Prescott allegedly exposed himself and “used physical force and s*xually assaulted” her. As of now, Prescott hasn’t made a public address of the subject aside from his lawsuit and his attorney’s statement.

Aside from the woman, Prescott filed the lawsuit against her two attorneys, Bethel T. Zehaie and Yoel T. Zehaie. Interestingly, one of the attorneys, Yoel T. Zehaie, is reportedly a Dallas Cowboys fan. This came after reporters found an old Facebook comment from the past season where Yoel called out Dak as ‘garbage.’
