On Saturday, Charanjot defeated Karman Singh in a nail-biting FIFA22 grand final at the Esports Federation of India’s (ESFI) National Esports Championships 2022 (NESC ’22). Charanjot, a Chandigarh native who made news last year by winning the AIFF eFootball Challenge 2021.
Made his mark in the national qualifications by reaching the finals from the loser bracket before defeating Karman. He reached the finals from the winner bracket.
Charanjot remarked after his victory he is incredibly delighted and proud of himself for winning the NESC FIFA Qualifiers. It was his pure commitment and hard work that earned him a berth in the Asian Games 2022. Giving him the opportunity to bring honors to the country.
Everything is achievable and a sure-shot road to victory with the appropriate approach and sufficient effort towards the game. He can’t wait to represent India at the Asian Games and bring home gold.
Mayank ‘MiKeYROG’ Prajapati of Delhi defeated Ayan Biswas 3-0 in the Street Fighter V grand final to earn a spot in the Asian Games. Prajapati and Ayan, two of the 15 players that signed for SFV, showed exceptional competence in their games.

Prajapati, the most dominant of the two, earned a spot in the Asian Games by demonstrating exceptional talents. Throughout the competition, he went unbeaten.
After his victory, he said, he is overjoyed! It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for him. He really looking forward to the Asian Games in 2022. This is enormous, and it will undoubtedly place the Indian FGC on the world map.
