However, disappointment set in when the episode did not air as scheduled. The reason for this delay was South Korea’s celebration of Chuseok, also known as Hangawi, a three-day mid-autumn harvest festival. Since Chuseok fell on the weekend, the broadcasts of many shows, including Arthdal Chronicles season 2 episodes 7 and 8, were postponed.
Instead, tvN opted to air a special recap of the first six episodes of season 1 on Saturday and a talk show special on Sunday. While it might have been possible to air episode 7 on Sunday, October 1, 2023, doing so would have disrupted the show’s overall schedule. As a result, the two episodes have been rescheduled for the upcoming weekend.
