Here is all you need to know about Men’s African Games Cricket Ghana 2024 including its schedule, fixtures, results, venue and points table

The men’s cricket competition for the 2024 African Games is under already underway and three Ghanaian towns will host the 13th edition of the continent’s multisport tournament, the African Games 2024.

This major South African athletic event will feature 29 different sports competing. Over the course of fifteen days, five thousand athletes from all over Africa will gather to compete in a wide range of sporting disciplines during the Games.

For the first time, cricket will be played at the African Games in 2024. The 13th African Games cricket competition features teams from eight different nations.

The groups will be round-robin matches between each team and its opponents, with the top two teams from each group moving on to the semifinals. Each nation will play each of the other teams in their group once under a single round-robin system. The two teams who have the highest rankings after all of the group stage matches will move on to the semifinals.

The matches for the group stage began on March 17 and will run until March 23rd. Following the group round, the top two teams from each group move on to the semi-finals, which are scheduled for March 21. The games will be held at Achimota Oval A and Achimota Oval B in Accra, the tournament’s two sites.
