It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of our husband, father, brother, friend, Adam Wade.

Adam Wade was a famous American singer, musician and actor who was recently been in the news because he died and left this world for his after-life journey.

Patrick Henry “Adam” Wade was born on March 17, 1935, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States of America. His father’s name was Henry Oliver Wade, Jr. and his mother’s name was Pauline Simpson. He was brought up by his grandparents in the East Liberty neighbourhood.

He attended Westinghouse High School and received his diploma in 1952. Wade enrolled in Virginia State University after graduating from high school but left after his sophomore year.

Wade married two times ad he had three kids. From 1956 to 1973, Wade was married to Kay A. Wade, his high school sweetheart. The couple had three children together and their names are Sheldon (Ramel) Wade, Patrice Johnson Wade, and Michael (Jamel) Wade.

After his divorce from his first wife, he married Jeree Wade in 1989, and the couple remained together until Wade’s passing.

Wade started his recording career after serving as a lab assistant for Dr. Jonas Salk’s polio research team for a while.
