After 12 years, Shinsuke finally reaches the temporary settlement where the Nani disaster’s victims had been living. The residents there have created their own universe, content in their isolation from the rest of the world. There are people of different ages, backgrounds, and personalities here. Shinsuke and his cat are adjusting well to their new home. Along with his new pals Tatsuya and Okabe, he decides to join a group of young people. Shinsuke, however, is not as simple as he first appears.
His senior will be playing for each email he writes, so he’ll need to keep an eye on things and report back. We don’t know for sure if he was dispatched for that reason or hired after arriving in town, though the former seems more likely. Someone in business who wants to raze the town and start again will have these emails as proof. In order to prevent anyone from discovering Shinsuke’s plan.

The Cast
Sosuke Ikematsu plays the starring role of Shinsuke Tanaka, with support from Taiga Nakano as Tatsuya and Daichi Watanabe as Okabe, in Kisetsu no Nai Machi.
