Cristiano Ronaldo is now aged 36 but is still playing like a young athlete. Moreover, he covered more than 92 meters of the ground in just 14.25 to score a brilliant counterattack set by the Portuguese team. Ronaldo gave the lead to his team by scoring the first goal in the 15th minute. However, Germany came from behind and won the game by 4-2 to grab those three important points and stay alive in the tournament.

Coming to the match, Germany had a corner kick in the Portugal half. The defending champions defended the corner and made a sensational counterattack out of it. Ronaldo headed away the ball from the Portugal box and made a sprint of 92 meters to make a move in the German box. He scored the goal and made the counterattack successful to give Portugal the lead.
Germans responded well and attacked Portugal after conceding. As a result, they got two own goals from Portuguese defenders and were in lead at the end of the first half. Furthermore, they played with the same momentum in the second half and scored two more goals. It looked all over for the Portuguese, but Liverpool’s forward Diego Jota scored the second goal for Portugal.
