Money Heist Korea Joint Economic Area Part 1 Ending Meaning Explained And Korean Show Story
Meanwhile, the combined force unit was trying everything they could to put a stop to this anguish. The Professor, on the other hand, was always one step ahead of them. Even when we realised the heist squad was f****d, he always had something up his sleeve. In the last episode, we witnessed a police officer called Park causing mayhem in the mint. He employed his tactics to diffuse the situation, but it exacerbated the pandemonium, and the robbery crew was unprepared for it.
Anne, the daughter of the US Ambassador and the deputy director of the mint, attempts to evacuate the captives, but they are apprehended by the team and returned. Someone, on the other hand, has already discovered Park and plans to kill him. So, let’s take a look at how the club fared in Season 1.
Did Seon and the combined force mission catch the Professor?
So we know the Professor is not present at the mint. The police, on the other hand, had information on an automobile the Professor drove with the licence plate 9125. The automobile is in the junkyard, and the Professor goes to get it. However, the auto salesmen were suspicious and attempted to stop him. Professor manages to elude them, and as soon as the cops arrive, he escapes the junkyard and takes the automobile with him.
So Seon and a squad of cops try to apprehend him, and when they get a hold of the automobile, Professor fools them by pulling it away and flees by diving into the pond. He ensures that the automobile is completely burned from the inside after departing.
When the cops arrive, the Professor has already fled, and Captain Cha phones Seon to inform her that the guy in the car may be the Professor.
How did the Heist gang convince the public that they were the good guys?
So, the Professor had previously stated that they wanted public opinion to be on their side, which is why they never intended to damage or kill anyone. Several gunshots were heard from within the mint during the theft, and the police think they murdered Park, the police officer who entered the mint. However, the heist crew needed to ensure that the knowledge that Berlin shot Park numerous times on his chest did not leak.
The hostage families begin to circle the mint and to reassure those families that their loved ones are safe, the police devise a scheme in which Seon would walk inside the mint with a camera to ensure that every hostage is safe. The true goal, however, is to show everyone that they murdered Park and cheated on them.
Seon and one cameraperson enter the mint, and the entire event is televised outside in full view of everyone. Berlin introduces the captives to Seon one by one, and they assure her that they are well. When she inquires about the gunshots, they respond that the robbery squad was practising gunfighting.
However, before to the meeting, Anne, the mint’s deputy director, and Cho devise a scheme to inform Seon of everything by writing it on the banknote. When Anne is placed in front of Seon, she sobs and pushes Seon to approach her. Seon does the same, and as Anne gets near enough to keep the letter in her pocket, Tokyo grabs her hand and drags her inside.
A few seconds later, Seon realises she has to look at the captives all at once, and this is where things become interesting. She added the name of the police officer who was slain by Berlin while checking the identification of the captives. Seon performs a play about how the robbery team jeopardised everything by killing the police officer and begs Berlin to let the school pupils free.
Berlin claims that all she needs is the daughter of the US Ambassador to curry favour with the authorities. Seon fears that telling the public that they murdered Park will upset them, therefore if he is not dead, let her see him.
The robbery gang is now panicking since the plot is unravelling.
Is it true that Berlin murdered Park?
As Seon maintains his act, Berlin shocks everyone by removing the mask from one of the hostages’ faces and revealing that Park is still alive. The entire scenario has been turned upside down, and the authorities have no idea how this is possible. It is discovered that Berlin shot Park, but Park was wearing a bulletproof chest, which saved his life. So Professor devised a strategy, and the secret they were keeping was not about Park’s death.
Elsewhere, the station airing the entire scenario from the mint receives a pen-drive with a video detailing how police attempted to sabotage everything by bringing in officers in disguise and endangering the hostages’ lives. According to Berlin, it was the police who caused the disruption, and Park would not have been inside the mint if it hadn’t been for them.
He further tells the audience that he will not damage anyone and that he will kill himself first before harming anyone in the mint. The game shifts, and the momentum shifts back to the robbery team.
In the final minutes, Moscow informs everyone that the tunnel is going to be completed and that they would be out of their minds in three days.
Did Captain Cha discover the Professor’s true identity?
Throughout the story, we learn that Sunho is the Professor and that he is presently dating Seon. So he keeps meeting her and learning about what’s going on in the mint. When the heist humiliates the joint task team by exposing that Park is still alive, senior management decides to fire Cha from the operation. If Cha leaves, Seon says she would quit as well.
They meet outside, and Cha informs them that Sunho may be involved. Seon is sceptical and encounters Sunho shortly after exiting.
While keeping her phone in the coat’s pocket, she notices that a portion of the banknote is in the pocket, which may be useful. She departs from Sunho, and when Sunho arrives at his café, Cha presents him to Sunho.
This is how Season 1’s Part One concluded, and it appears that Part 2 will follow soon.
