39 DBD Perk Changes have been confirmed for June’s PTB, according to this week’s Dead By Daylight developer update
The Dead By Daylight Developer Update, which has been held as part of the game’s 6th Anniversary Livestream Celebrations, had a tonne of revelations.
Behaviour Interactive already has stated that all the changes would unquestionably restructure the current meta and result in new strategies replacing old ones.
According to Behaviour Interactive, the team’s reworking of the meta-shifting perk and the introduction of a new advancement system will allow for a comprehensive rewrite of the current system.

The present system will be altered by Interactive to make it simpler to unlock perks.

This presently requires you to level 40 on a certain character to unlock all of their teachable perks, after which you must locate those perks in every other character’s Bloodweb.
Interactive clarifies this in a message:
“In order to unlock all the new perks on every character by the time the next Chapter releases, you would need to play an estimated average of 4.1 hours every day. With this new system, that estimate decreases to an average of 1.01 hours each day – and that’s not even factoring in Bloodpoint bonuses from events, perks, or offerings.”
Behaviour claims that the teachable rarity will be eliminated and that the new system would be centred on prestige.
Instead, when a character is preset for the first time. All other Killers and Survivors immediately gain access to Tier 1 versions of their special bonuses.
Making them instantly usable without ever having to access the Bloodweb.
When a character is a prestige a second and third time. The Tier 2 and Tier 3 versions of each of their special bonuses become available.
Alternatively, when the first Tier has indeed been unlocked. Higher-tier variations of these perks will happen randomly surface in Bloodwebs.

Meta perks are being used excessively and non-meta perks accomplish the same thing. But aren’t as frequently making up this update’s perk modifications.
