This is the last wish for a character event in version 2.7. It will be released in conjunction with a new weaponย event wish that includes the following blades:

Kuki Shinobu fans may be disappointed to learn that the Ruin Serpent which drops Runic Fangs does not drop any Vajrada Amethyst goods. As a result, they’ll have to kill more bosses than certain prior characters who could harvest numerous Ascension Materials from the same boss.
Travellers must defeat the Ruin Serpent, which first appeared in Genshin Impact 2.7, to destroy the Runic Fang. They must first complete the mission Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering to gain access to it. To reach her maximum level, she’ll require 46 Runic Fangs.
