According to a post on Brian Jr’s Instagram, the two were working on repairing their connection at the time of her death. While no official cause of death has been announced, Brian Jr. wrote on Instagram that “her demise, while unexpected, was not shocking.”
“Her lifestyle choices, which had dominated the better part of the last 25 years of her life,” the post added. It is likely that her persistent substance abuse resulted in her demise.
