Premier League Golden Glove All-Time Winners Full List
From its introduction during the 2004–05 season to the 2015–16 season, it was known as the Barclays Golden Glove, and from the 2017–18 season until the 2019–20 season, it was known as the Cadbury Golden Glove. It was known as the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Golden Glove for the 2020–21 season, then the Castrol Golden Glove for the 2021–22 season.
The Premier League was created in 1992 when the First Division’s clubs left the Football League to form a new commercially autonomous league that negotiated its own broadcast and sponsorship deals. Originally, the Golden Glove could only be won by one player outright; in the event of a tie, the goalie with the better clean sheet-to-games ratio claimed the award. Starting in the 2013–14 season, goalkeepers with an identical amount of clean sheets share the Golden Glove, regardless of the number of games they played.
