The Asian Marathon Champion, Dr. Sunita Godara has come up with an amazing initiative in collaboration with the Directorate of Prohibition Govt of Delhi

Event Details
The Run against Drug Abuse and Yogathon will be held on June 21st, 2026, from 5:30 A.M. onwards. The sacred event, that is a run against drug abuse, will be held on the occasion of International Yoga Day in Rajghat, Gandhi Darshan, Birsa Ground, New Delhi.
The Mass Event is being held under the banners of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan of the Govt of India. This year is the 24th Edition of “Run against Drug Abuse”.
History of Run Against Drug Abuse Initiative
The initiative was taken in 2003 by Health Fitness Trust Director Dr. Sunita Godara (Asian Marathon Champion) in collaboration with Directorate of Prohibition Govt of Delhi along with main stakeholders in this field such as NISD, Ministry of MSJE GOI, Narcotics Control Bureau, Govt of India, with PSUs Navratna Oil Companies & Power companies.

This on-ground mass event is expected to bring together 3000 participants together including children, students, parents, fitness enthusiasts and corporate professionals.
The initiative is seeking more collaborators as partners for the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan Campaign. The event will cover:
1. On 21st June in Delhi – Run against Drug Abuse & Yogathon
2. National Campaign 24-25-26 June – Nasha Mukt bharat Abhiyan on Wheels from Delhi to Ayodhya Car Rally covering Universities in Delhi, Bareilly, Lucknow & Ayodhya.

Registration
If you want to register yourself as a team offline, you are expected to have a team of 20 or more participants, then you will be able to avail the 50% team discount.

Open Category – 10KM Run Challenge: Rs. 1000/- Each.
Master’s Age Category (Male & Female) 5KM Beat the Heat Challenge: Rs. 800/- Each.
School Category – 18 Years and Above (Girls & Boys) 10KM & 5KM: Rs. 200/- Each (Only for School Students).
