Tammy Sytch, a former WWE star, has been arrested and accused with causing a deadly vehicle accident while she was three-and-a-half times over the legal blood alcohol limit.

Sytch, 49, a New Jersey native with a history of legal issues, was driving under the influence of alcohol when her 2012 Mercedes collided with the back of a 2013 Kia Sorento stopped at a red light on March 25 in Ormond Beach, Florida, according to Ormond Beach Police.
Both Sytch and another driver, Julian Lasseter, 75, were carried to the hospital, where Lasseter died the next day from his injuries. Sytch’s test results revealed her blood-alcohol level was three and a half times the 0.08 legal limit for operating a motor vehicle, according to fresh information given by police on Friday. The blood of the wrestler contained 0.28 g/100mL.

DUI causing death, DUI causing death while driving with a suspended licence, DUI causing injury to a person, and DUI causing property damage are among the charges levelled against the former WWE star. She was released after posting bond.
A third vehicle was also involved in the accident, although its occupants did not require medical attention. Their true identities have not been revealed. The single victim of the deadly crash received heartfelt sympathies from Florida police.
Sytch, a WWE Hall of Famer who wrestled for much of her career under the aliases ‘Sunny’ and ‘Lynn Sytch,’ had at least six additional DWI charges, including one in New Jersey in 2019 for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
