World War 3 was released on October 19, 2018, as a substitute for Battlefield-style games that feature large-scale combat and a massively multiplayer environment. The game, however, was a flop when it was released.

When The Farm 51 took over, those who bought it and the FPS-loving community who kept up with the game experienced a game-changing development.

The game was buggy when it was first published, and the maps, visuals, and sound design were all awful. The Farm 51 decided to re-release it last year with a major overhaul.

The game will be available for free to play, according to the creator. It was meant to be launched on March 30, but the last public test revealed a slew of server difficulties. So far, the community’s response has been incredible. Now only time will tell if the game lives up to its hype.
