In India, the first-ever eLaLiga 2022 challenge has been launched, know its schedule, date, format, rules, registration
The growing industry demand prompted La Liga to collaborate with EdTech company Hero Vired to organise a gaming competition in India, in which participants would compete for the top spot by participating in various Ssports.
On Monday, Spanish legend Luis Garcia officially launched the competition at an event in Delhi.

The eLaLiga Trophy, powered by Hero Vired, will take place from April 9th to April 26th. Its winner would receive official La Liga merchandise as well as a trip to Spain that would include stadium visits, accommodation, food, watching football matches, and other perks.
As part of their partnership with La Liga, Hero Vired will also provide learning courses to 25 selected La Liga fans. The fans will be chosen through a series of competitions and engagement activities that will take place throughout the year.

The tournament’s registration opened on March 28 and is open to participants from all over India for free. The competition’s final would be held on May 8.
La Liga’s internationalisation strategy for e-sports ventures has received a positive response. In the previous year (2020-21), 21,000 players from all over the world registered for the eLaLiga Fan Cup, generating 3 million social media impressions.

This new gaming competition will feature amateur players and influencers from all over India. Players will compete in online tournaments for the chance to win official merchandise and a ‘Money Can’t Buy Experience’ trip to Spain.
