Andalucia Open, a tournament that was organised with a single-year licence the previous year. It is also known as AnyTech365 Andalucia Open for sponsorship reasons and was a part of the ATP Tour 2021. The tournament was held at Club de Tennis Puente Romano in Marbella, Spain which was scheduled for April 5 and lasted until April 11.

Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta defeated countrymen Jaune Munar to clinch the first edition of the tournament with a score of 6-1, 2-6, 6-4.

The Spanish pairs, Feliciano Lopez/Marc Lopez and David Marrero/Adrian Menendez Maceiras were awarded wildcards for the doubles main draw.
