“It’s me being today years old that I found out ‘polyphonic perception’ was a real thing. I didn’t get diagnosed with ADHD until I was 29, which was last year. And I feel like I have just discovered a new layer of the way my fucking brain works,” she said in the viral video.

“Because my entire life I have always been able to hear a song, sing it, tap my fingers to one beat, tap my foot to another beat, but dance to something else … And I thought everybody could do that. And now I’m learning that everybody cannot. I really want to know what it feels like to be a non-neurodivergent person,” Brelle added.

As aforesaid, a bizarre video has gone viral on social media platforms, wherein a woman named Brelle claims that she has polyphonic perception and that due to this, she can now identify a beat. As strange as it may sound, the woman didn’t just stop there, as she went on to showcase her skill set but instead got trolled with her failing to make out half of the beats in Justin Timberlake’s song.

In her now-viral video Brelle seems to be standing in her kitchen, while in the background the chorus of Timberlake’s “My Love” is being played. Brelle then uses gestures with her fingers as she tries to shows the camera different beats and production layers that she can hear from Timbaland and Danjah co-produced song.

The viral video that has taken internet like a blaze and intrigued many was captioned as “Visual representation of polyphonic perception for me,” as the overlay text on her now viral clip.

The bizarre video didn’t just stop at TikTok, but found its ways on the various other social media platforms, especially it’s been swirling around on X/Twitter after the video was re-posted by a X user named ‘@heisbayo_.’
