The viral video collective, The Bop House is creating its own streaming college, the Bop University, in a scathing, sarcastic, and completely unconcerned reaction to Twitch megastar Kai Cenat’s recent jab at s*x workers and “OF girls” who he refused to enroll in his Streamer University program.

It began when Kai Cenat, one of the most popular streamers on the internet, boldly said during his livestreams that women who participate on OF are not permitted to attend his “Streamer University.”

In a business where women, particularly those who sell p*rn*graphic content, already suffer systemic restrictions, the statements sparked an online firestorm with many criticizing the statement as s*xist, gatekeeping, and tone-deaf.

Some admirers, including some of the most prominent female creators on the internet, weren’t laughing, while others defended the joke as innocent conversation. And The Bop House clapped back more intelligently and loudly than everyone else.

Camilla Araújo, the co-founder and well-known face of The Bop House, grabbed center stage with her characteristic composure and fire in a now-viral TikTok video.

“What’s happening, everyone? Just the appropriate amount of shade was thrown by Araújo as she started, “I am gathered here today with my team to discuss recent talk on Streamer University.”

“As you guys know, the infamous five-foot-two streamer by the name of Kai Cenat is not allowing bops into the university,” she continued. “So ,me and the team have made an executive decision to start Bop University.”

What began as a small-scale exclusion quickly grew into a major movement.

Another Bop House star, Aishah Sofey, reaffirmed her unwavering and unreserved goals of empowerment, inclusivity, and zero tolerance for online elitism in the same TikTok video.

“Our goal here with Bop University, as opposed to Streamer University, is to not discriminate against bops,” Sofey said, serving truth and clarity in equal measure. “We want to create an inclusive environment and community for everyone to feel comfortable and safe. So more information coming soon.”

No details about how to signup to the university, its fees and online application process have been revealed yet.
