Many people have criticized Nine Vicious for supposedly being a groomer in the internet debate and memes that followed the accusations.
In a comment on an unidentified TikTok video on February 26th, 2025, X user @ohfold shared a screenshot of TikToker @kendydowd, also known as Kendra Dowd, asserting that underground musician Nine Vicious, whose real name is Trey, spoke to her when she was 16 and he was “at least 20.”
A now-deleted Instagram account called 1babynine, which is thought to be Nine Vicious, is seen flirtatiously commenting on Dowd’s Instagram posts in two further screenshots. As seen in the final screenshot, @sleazenationn, another TikToker, wrote, “she definitely wasn’t lying he tried to groom me.”

Over 820 likes were received in a single day after X user @TruSceneIG shared four video recordings of supposed text exchanges between Kendra and Trey on February 26th, 2025, in which he allegedly flirts and engages in s*xual conversation with her.
Allegedly, Nine Vicious responded to the allegations in what appears to be a WhatsApp group, writing, “Bruh😭😭😭😭😭 Anyways show finna be crazy”.
X user @ohfold shared a screenshot of an alleged direct message between the two in which Trey states that he will likely wait till she is 18 before having s*x with her.
A photograph of Trey’s purported ID began making the rounds online along with the DMs, and it appears to show that he was 19 when she was 16.

She denied that she wanted clout by making the accusations in the video, explaining that she shared the direct messages with Tru Scene Instagram and asked them to keep her name anonymous. For more evidence, she then displays the DMs once more, including one in which he requests that she sit on his face.
Additionally, she says she spoke with him before he was a well-known rapper and that she came out after witnessing his viral success on the internet. She adds that since it happened so long ago and they never actually met or got physical, she won’t take it to the police.
