The accident video of Vedant Agarwal crashing his Porsche in Pune has gone viral
Two people, a man and a woman, were killed after a luxury Porsche collided with a two-wheeler in the Kalyaninagar area of Pune during the early hours of Sunday, according to police.
The Incident occurred near Ballr Pub around 3:15 AM, when police received a call reporting the accident. The authorities revealed that they have filed the case against a 17-year-old car driver who has been identified as Vedant Agarwal, the son of builder Vishal Agarwal.

The accident occurred when Anish Awadiya and Ashwini Costa were returning home with friends on motorcycles after partying at a club, police said. Vedant Agarwal, 17, who was driving the Porsche Taycan, rammed the speeding vehicle into their bike at Kalyani Nagar junction with both victims dying on the spot. Vedant who was returning after attending a party at Q Bar and Cafe has now been granted bail and is being represented by lawyer Prashant Patil.

Vedant had recently passed his 12th CBSE exams after which he had gone to celebrate and despite the presence of a driver in the car, he had insister on driving himself. His two other friends were also present in the car.

A teenager driving his Porsche at high speed lost control and collided with multiple vehicles. The crash resulted in the immediate deaths of two people who were on bikes.
After a gathering at a restaurant in Kalyani Nagar, a clique of friends was riding home on their motorbikes. Upon reaching the Kalyani Nagar junction, tragedy struck when a speeding luxury car collided with one of the motorcycles.
The Impact caused the two riders to fall from their vehicle, resulting in their immediate demise, as outlined in the FIR.
Following the collision, the car careened into the roadside railings, as captured in the incident report. Subsequently, a video surfaced on social media depicting a group of individuals assaulting the driver as he attempted to exit the wrecked car.
What Did Police Reveal?
Pune City police commissioner Amitesh Kumar had previously mandated that bars, pubs, restaurants, and rooftop hotels close by 1:00 AM.
Police have detained the driver of the car, a minor and the son of a prominent real estate developer. “We have detained the minor for medical examination to determine if he had consumed alcohol,” said Pune city deputy commissioner of police Vijay Kumar Magar.
As per media reports, the car driver is identified as the son of prominent real estate businessman Vishal Agarwal, who’s widely recognized as the owner of Brahma Realty and Infrastructure.
A Video of the Incident Went Viral
A video circulating on social media shows bystanders assaulting the driver after he attempted to flee the scene. The bystanders stopped and thrashed him before handing him over to the police.
The victims, Identified as Anees Avadhya and Ashwini Costa, were returning from a restaurant when the luxury Porsche struck their motorcycle from behind, killing both on the spot, police reported.
Charges Against Porsche Driver
Legal action was promptly taken against the car driver, with a case registered at the Yerawada police station under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The sections include 279 (reckless driving on a public road), 304A (causing death by negligent or reckless acts), 337 (endangering human life through rash or negligent behavior), and 338 (inflicting grievous harm by endangering others’ safety), in addition to relevant statutes from the Motor Vehicles Act.
