Wesley Okoduwa is an upcoming Nigerian football talent who was born on May 12, 2008. He is the son of former Nigeria U23 international Okoduwa. Despite having Nigerian descent, he currently holds English citizenship. Okoduwa recently had the potential to become the youngest player in Wolvesโ Premier League history after featuring on the bench against Arsenal.

Just recently, on Friday, Wesley Okoduwa featured on the bench for the senior side during their 2-0 defeat to Arsenal. The decision came after nine first-team players were out due to injury or poor form on Saturday night at Molineux.
The 15-year-old Okoduwa made the Wolves roster and would have become the clubโs youngest-ever player to play if he came on. Following the match, Wolves manager OโNeil spoke highly of the young starlet and his future, despite not making his debut. The manager also expressed his disappointment at the teenager not being allowed to play. OโNeil also remarked that the 15-year-old could play very soon, as early as this season. He staed:
I was disappointed he didnโt get on but we were pushing hard. Heโs trained really well though so Iโm sure weโll see him soon.โ

Okoduwa mainly plays as a right-back and has been nothing short of impressive from his days in the youth team. His talent on the ball and consistent efforts eventually earned him a call-up to the senior Wolves team, where he instantly joined first-team training.
