The agreement states that the crimes occurred between June 2022 and November 2022 and involved a 17-year-old high school student..

As for McKenna Kindred, while her sentence was suspended, she’s now registered as a s*x offender for life. The court mandated two years of probation, a fine, and she’s prohibited from contacting the victim.
