The Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy Stadium was established in 2003 and is also known as the ACA-VDCA Stadium. In the past, it has previously served as the home venue for Andhra cricket teams, the Indian cricket team and several IPL teams like Deccan Chargers, Mumbai Indians and Rising Pune Supergiant. This is the fourth season that the stadium will host matches in the IPL.
