Four locations in Pakistan will host 34 games in the PSL 2024. The 2024 PSL will be hosted in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Multan. Owned by the Pakistan Cricket Board, the Multan Cricket Stadium is a multipurpose venue located in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
August 2001 saw Pakistan take on Bangladesh in the Asian Test Championship, the stadium’s maiden test match. With a set of floodlights installed, the 35,000-seat stadium can host day-and-night contests. The stadium was first used in 2001 to take the position of the Ibn-e-Qasim Bagh Stadium, which was Multan’s main event venue at the time.
The stadium hosted its first Test match in August 2001 between Pakistan and Bangladesh, and its first One Day International took place between the same nations on September 9, 2003.
