Three times in the forthcoming 2024 season, the Sunday Grand Prix races will be defied. Watchers may watch Saturday races in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain at the beginning of the season, as well as one more in Las Vegas near the finish of the Formula One season.
A few teams, like McLaren and Ferrari, began to make improvements to their cars towards the conclusion of the previous year, but Max Verstappen and Red Bull were the dominant forces.
After its present title sponsorship expires in 2024, Alfa Romeo will have a new name. Red Bull’s junior squad AlphaTauri will also have a name change; the club wants to go back to using a non-branded name similar to its former Toro Rosso identity.
Ahead of the 2024 season, Formula One teams have started to reveal the dates of their car launches. Teams are likely to reveal their vehicles a little earlier than the previous season since pre-season testing starts on February 21 (two days earlier than in 2023) instead of February 22.

Formula 1 2024 season teams and drivers
All 22 drivers that concluded the 2023 season will be back in the starting lineup for the Bahrain Grand Prix, making the 2024 Formula 1 grid complete. The 2023 Formula One grid is unchanged as the next season begins. The drivers that each team had at the end of the season have remained with them, but many of their contracts are slated to expire at the end of 2024.
