Viral Skibidi Toilet trend song explored
Ever since the videos from the Skibidi Toilet went viral, people have dubbed the soundtrack as the Skibidi Toilet song. The song is originally titled Dom Dom Yes Yes, and it was composed and sung by Bulgarian singer, Biser King. The song was first posted on YouTube about a year back and has since garnered over 15 million views. It begins slow but eventually takes an unexpected turn after reaching a beat drop. Once the beat drop hits, the singer begins singing Dom Dom Yes Yes in a bizarre beat that eventually grows on you.
The song first gained popularity on TikTok after a Turkish belly dancer named Yasin Cengiz posted a video of himself dancing to it. In one of such videos, Yasin moved his belly to the catchy Dom Dom Yes Yes song while a waiter brings him a huge meat sub. The song has since gone viral on TikTok over the past few months. However, the song gained more international popularity after the viral Skibidi Toilet trend. Online users have since nicknamed the song as the Skibidi Toilet song.
The lyrics of the bizarre and viral song go like:
Tr-r-r, shtibididob dob, dob, dob, dob/ Yes, yes, yes, yes/ Shtib, shtibidid/ Shtibidi, dabudu, dabudu, dabudu / Yes, yes, yes, yes.”
Viral Skibidi Toilet trend explained
Georgia based animator DaFuq!?Boom!, real name – Alexey, first started the Skibidi Toiler trend on YouTube earlier this year in February. His videos feature weird animations of creepy-looking, singing toilet people that fight with “hardware-headed” people. Over time, Alexey made a collection of such YouTube videos and shorts. Each episode in the now viral Skibidi Toilet series lasts about 30 seconds – 1 minute.
The videos portray the story of an army of evil toilets who have human heads trying to take over the world. The evil toilets come in different sizes and each of these toilets have their own powers like laser eyes and arms. The characters also possess gadgets like jet packs and circular blades. Meanwhile, the toilet heads have foes called the “CameraHeads”, which are humans with cameras on their heads. These characters also have a Speakerman and TV Man among their ranks. Moreover, they also have abilities like a removable TV head.
