Back when they were the Washington Redskins, Jordyn performed as a dancer for the Washington Commanders.
Earlier this month, she shared a video on Instagram showing her cheerleading on the sidelines before transferring to her current position. She also discussed the differences, stating that she finds it challenging to comprehend how much she has changed given that several of her girlfriends would likely be working on NFL campaigns abroad at the same time.
She wrote:
“I’m so thankful for my experiences and attribute so much of who I am today (my work ethic, beliefs, attitude, self confidence, etc) because of my seven years cheering professionally.”
Jordyn is also the author of the young girls’ picture book “So She Did.” The 2020-written book can be purchased on Amazon for $15.00 in paperback format. Jordyn said she wrote it to encourage young females to pursue their aspirations despite any external uncertainty they may have.
In order to realise her concept, Jordyn linked up with an illustrator. Two of her Washington Redskins friends, Jackie, who has traversed the world, and Candess, a software engineer, are among the many women in all kinds of occupations featured in her book.
When Jordyn was younger, some people doubted her ability to succeed in the studio. When she announced her wish to become a Redskins cheerleader, people would “laugh a little, make me feel silly for having that dream,” Cristaudo recounted. I was the one who brought it about.
Through my experience being a First Lady of Football I really learned that I can do anything I want in life as long as I believe in myself and work hard.”
