Despite his antics, DL Jay Toia continues to partake in the UCLA football sessions as per normal practice
For a multitude of people, coping with success can be extremely difficult.
Their petulant personalities see them lose their minds over the smallest bits of fame and success they taste. Its a narrative paid to testament to by UCLA freshman and defensive linesman DL Jay Toia with a video seeing him lose his marbles as he threatened, abused and refused to let a bunch of students leave an elevator after a confrontation with them.
UCLA DL Jay Toia Continues To Practice Despite Viral Elevator Tirade
Toia who is seen wearing UCLA apparel with the abuse riddled video is seen going on an outburst with him threatening to beat up any male of female USC students on campus. He has since gone onto lose his NIL sponsorship with apparel company Campus Mogul owing to his shenanigans.

However, despite the magnitude of the misconduct by him, Toia continues to train with his side as per usual norms. Bruins head coach, Chip Kelly was persistently asked about Toia’s presence in the side’s practice session with Kelly going onto keep any questions at bay by citing school policy into the matter.
“We are aware of the video and we are following university protocols on student conduct,” Kelly said.
Things haven’t been any better for UCLA out on the field as well with the side falling apart like a house of cards after a solid start. The team has been horrific defensively to return to its typical form with question marks now being raised over if Kelly is the right man for the job.
