Jimmy Butler is clearly loving the ongoing drama between Ben Simmons and Philadelphia 76ers
Philadelphia 76ers will be ruing their decision to not pay Jimmy Butler what he wanted.
At the time, the side had talked about its move being one to try and build an unit around Jimmy Butler. And while Simmons has ended up wrecking havoc at the 76ers, Butler went onto guide Miami Heat to a resounding NBA 2020 season with the team spearheaded by him making it all the way to the finals.
However, Butler has clearly not forgotten what the 76ers did to him. And given the ongoing scuffle between the side and Simmons, the entire controversy is poetic justice for Butler who is clearly reveling in the ongoing set of events.
Jimmy Butler Likes Post Mocking Ben Simmons
The player has not only been following the controversy closely but he’s clearly enjoying it as well with him caught liking a spoof of a Coach Carter clip including Doc Rivers and Ben Simmons on Instagram.

The video was created in the aftermath of Doc Rivers deciding to part company with Ben Simmons with the head coach throwing the player out of practice after he refused to adhere to Rivers’ call to be subbed into a drill. Simmons was also suspended by the side for the team’s season opener.
The player meanwhile had no qualms of the upheaval he had caused at the side with Simmons captured hitting a strip club after being shunted out of practice. He also went onto list his South Jersey house for sale online shortly after being thrown out by the 76ers.
