10. Niki Lauda

Austrian Formula 1 driver Niki Lauda became a legend of the sport by securing 3 World Championship titles. Coming from a wealthy background, Lauda managed to pave his way into Formula 1 and won his first driver’s championship in 1975.
The following year he endured a disastrous crash at the German Grand Prix which could have ended his life. However, his love for racing was never lost, and returned to the F1 grid after missing two races. He finished the season behind his arch-rival James Hunt and begins our list of the most wins in F1.
9. Jim Clark

British Formula 1 driver Jim Clark is often considered as one of the greatest drivers in F1 history. Clark secured his first driver’s championship in 1963 where he won 7 Grand Prix out of the 10 and went on to win the Championship.
Jim Clark dominated the Formula 1 grid when the car’s safety was a major concern for the drivers. However, he was able to push his car to another level and secured his final driver’s championship in 1965.

Therefore, he secured his first Formula 1 Championship in 1988 outperforming McLaren teammate Alain Prost. Senna won two successive Formula 1 Championships in 1990 and 1991 where he dominated the grid and intimidated the other drivers because of his loud personality.
Senna tragically lost his life at the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix colliding with the concrete wall. His front and rear suspension broke down and hit him on the head causing serious injuries to the skull and brain.
