Benjamin Mendy And Gylfi Sigurdsson Jailed For S*x Crimes
The ongoing cases of Benjamin Mendy and Gylfi Sigurdsson pay testament to this narrative. Despite being highly paid footballers, people who were well endowed with most of the things a person desires, the two were unable to keep their insatiable sex drive on a leash.
So much so, that their innate lust lead them to indulging in malicious acts. Sigurdsson was picked up by the UK police back on July 20 on charges of sexual harassment to a minor, one for which he was subsequently released on bail but continues to remain under surveillance for.
That wasn’t the end of sex related crimes in the Premier League though with Manchester City’s Benjamin Mendy arrested on four counts of rape, three which occurred back in October 2020 whilst one took place in August of this year. The French defender will continue to stat in jail after his bail plea was denied and a second suspect was picked up by the authorities.
Benjamin Mendy And Gylfi Sigurdsson Dropped From FIFA 22
While it took Manchester City 9 months to suspend Mendy with the club playing him despite knowing of the investigations, EA Sports have moved quicker. Reports emanating from UK talk about both Sigurdsson and Mendy being dropped from the game with both not available to play with in FIFA 22.
