The friendly match between the Dialysis Patients and Nephrologists is aimed at motivating the spirits of the players as they get set for the main event on the occasion of World Kidney Day ahead of the Dialysis Olympiad 2023
As a step towards the World’s only ‘Dialysis Olympiad 2023’, NephroPlus, India’s largest dialysis network and a pioneer in redefining dialysis care in India, hosted a friendly ‘Cricket Match’ between dialysis patients and Nephrologists today. The friendly match before the main event at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, New Delhi, aims to encourage people on dialysis to lead lives as close to normal.
To motivate the spirits of dialysis patients across the country on World Kidney Day, the players of the Cricket match welcomed the fourth season of NephroPlus’ flagship program Dialysis Olympiad 2023, held in New Delhi this year. People on dialysis from all over the country can participate in this one-day Dialysis Olympiad, where they can showcase their talent by enrolling in activities like Cycling, Walkathon, Badminton, Carrom, Table Tennis, Musical Chairs, and Gilli Danda. The winners in each activity will be felicitated with Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals at this magnificent event.
