Sonya Deville brief bio and early life
Sonya Deville, real name Daria Berento is an American professional wrestler, born and raised in Shamong Township, New Jersey. Deville comes from an Italian household and she was always sporty growing up and took part in various sports.
Sonya started getting tattoos as early as 16 and even has a matching tattoo with her mother Debbie Berento. The tattoo is located on her bicep and it is an equal symbol for equality.
Deville gained popularity after participating in WWE Tough Enough in 2015, where she finished in tenth place. Following her elimination, Deville received a deal with WWE, which saw her move to the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
Besides wrestling, she has also competed in three fights as a mixed martial arts fighter. She currently has an MMA fight record of 2–1.
