At the Khelo India Youth Games, which were held in Bhopal on Tuesday, Telangana’s Vritti Agarwal won first place in the female 800m freestyle competition. Meanwhile, Delhi’s Sachdeva Bhavya bagged the silver ahead of Karnataka’s S Rujula. On Tuesday, weightlifter Boni Mangkhya earned the second gold medal for Arunachal Pradesh in the 55-kg weight category by setting a new national record by lifting 176 kg.

According to Wednesday’s schedule, Arunachal Pradesh Girls’ football team will play West Bengal team in the first semifinal match. Later, Manipur Girls’ football team will play Madhya Pradesh in the second semifinal game. In both Boys’ & Girls’ kabaddi event, Haryana has qualified for the semi-final stage. During matches of Tuesday, Avi Dhuvan’s nine tenacious tackle points helped Haryana defeat Chandigarh by an astounding score of 79-21, while Bihar stole the show by winning 52-41 against Madhya Pradesh.

On Wednesday, the competitions will begin with Cycling at 7:00 AM before morning session culminates with the swimming event scheduled at 11:00 AM. Also on the same day, fans will be able to enjoy intense football and tennis action.
