Less than a week remains until the release of Overwatch 2 season 3 and the beginning of the battle pass, and some excellent OW2 skins have been revealed
Overwatch 2 season 3 is on its way.
Since its release in October, Overwatch 2 has been a popular shooter that anybody can enjoy. Numerous fans have criticised the confusing ranking system since it was introduced, but happily, season 3 will bring about some hopefully helpful modifications. The launch of the upcoming OW2 chapter is due next week.

When will overwatch 2 season 3 be available?
On February 7, Overwatch 2 season 3 will be made available for purchase. PlayOverwatch has confirmed this on Twitter. Every match in OW2 between now and February 6th includes 2x Match XP.
Season 2 was excellent. Events like the Battle for Olympus and the Lunar New Year were given to us, and there have been other incentives over time.
There are no events planned for the next new chapter, but according to a news article from Blizzard, they are “trying to continuously deliver incentives that are new for all players.” One of our brand-new events in Season 3 will give gamers access to a brand-new legendary skin.
Battle pass skins for Overwatch 2
Amaterasu Kiriko is one of the announced skins for the Overwatch 2 season 3 battle pass. The only verified skin to date is this one. However, Blizzard has revealed additional information about the OW2 battle pass, stating that up to 1,500 OW Credits will be available in the BP as free rewards and an additional 500 in the Premium track.
With the release of season 3, players will be able to purchase “almost all the epic and legendary-tier skins prior to Overwatch 2 debut,” making credits even more valuable. The price of these skins is 1,500 Coins or Credits.
Return of Overwatch Credits
The return of Overwatch Credits, the game’s iconic in-game currency, is one of the most significant updates and offers players additional opportunities to earn and spend. This was made known in a recent Wednesday post (1 February).
In the first version of Overwatch, credits were used as payment to unlock cosmetic items like skins and sprays as well as voice lines, emotes, victory poses, and highlight intros. They could be obtained by completing in-game tasks and opening loot boxes.
Following the release of Overwatch 2, they were discontinued, but any remaining credits were saved as “Legacy Credits,” which can be used to purchase things from the shop. Through the Battle Pass, gamers will have the opportunity to earn 1,500 Credits for free during the new season, and the premium track will grant them an additional 500 Credits.
Legendary-tier Overwatch skins and seasonal event mode skins will be sold in the in-game store at a reduced price of 1,500 Coins or Credits per. Overwatch Coins, the game’s premium currency, will still be available. To purchase the Battle Pass and other cosmetics, coins must be purchased with real money.
