2023 Thailand Masters men’s singles quarterfinal schedule, date, venue, fixtures, & other details
On Thursday, two Indian shuttlers played their respective men’s singles matched but ended the day with contrasting results. In his match against third-seed Lee Cheuk took the opening set but ultimately squandered his lead to lose by score of 22-20, 15-21, 20-22. Meanwhile, Indian star B Sai Praneeth emerged victorious after defeating his Korean rival Jeon 24-22, 7-21, 22-20 after a hard-fought contest. Following his win, Sai Praneeth has qualified for the quarterfinal stage and is scheduled to play against sixth-seed Li Shifeng.
Among other quarterfinal matches on Friday, fourth-seed Ng Ka Long will face-off against eighth-seed Ng Tze Yong in a clash of heavyweights. Elsewhere, third-seed Lee Cheuk will take the court against in-form Chinese shuttler Shi Yuqi.

2023 Thailand Masters: BWF points award system
Under the BWF Points System, it is known that the winner of the 2023 Thailand Masters will receive 7,000 BWF points as opposed to the runner-up, who would receive 5,950 points. Kiran George’s tournament run ended abruptly after his unfortunate second-round exit and hence, he will return home with only 2,750 BWF points.
